Goal: To demonstrate small-scale sustainable production methods and provide hands-on learning opportunities, to grow interest and capacity in small and medium-sized farms.
The farm features cover crop/soil building demonstrations, high tunnel construction and production, blueberry, blackberry, and muscadine grape production, fruit trees, raised bed intensive planting, and a pollinator garden.
